  • I mainly work with (young) adults navigating trauma or (C)PTSD and anxiety, helping them feel safer, more grounded, and in control.

    I also support individuals facing challenges such as:

    • Depression or low mood

    • Relationship difficulties

    • Expat life, loneliness, and the challenges of living abroad

    • Emotional ups and downs or difficulty managing feelings

    • Low self-confidence and self-worth

    • Life transitions, uncertainty, or feeling “stuck”

  • Some of the principles I bring to my work:

    Ultimately, my goal is to help you understand yourself better, build resilience, and move forward with clarity, self-compassion, and confidence in your own choices.

  • I am not equipped to provide treatment for the following cases:

    •  Severe eating disorders

    •  Severe addiction disorders

    •  Serious neurological conditions

    • Severe aggression

    • Psychotic features

    • Acute suicidality

Hi, I’m Konstantina Anagnostopoulou

I’m a psychologist who supports (expat) teens and adults. My work blends CBT, ACT, and Schema Therapy, which means we combine practical tools for current challenges with a deeper exploration of long-standing patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Having lived in Greece and the Netherlands, I’m especially attuned to cultural shifts and life transitions, particularly for those navigating life across different countries.

In our sessions, I aim to create a space where you feel safe and understood, while also being gently encouraged to grow. There are no magic solutions here — just thoughtful dialogues, meaningful exploration, and strategies that can actually shift things in your life.
