About Me

Nice to meet you! :)

Hi, I’m Konstantina! I’m a psychologist with firsthand experience of life as an expat, so I truly understand the challenges and opportunities that come with living abroad. Born and raised in Greece, my move to the Netherlands was a transformative journey that shaped both my personal and professional perspective. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds. My main clinical focus is supporting people through anxiety and trauma-related difficulties.

My interest in psychology is deeply personal, shaped by an early understanding of how powerfully past experiences can influence the present. This perspective informs my work, but in our sessions the focus is always on you — your patterns, your resilience, and your capacity for change.

In my work, I take a trauma-informed approach. I believe symptoms are meaningful signals rather than problems to be erased, and I work collaboratively with my clients to make sense of their experiences at their own pace. Therapy with me is both gentle and honest: I believe it's essential to be empathic and kind, while also being direct and honest so clients can see the patterns that have been unhelpful to them.

Together, we’ll explore the patterns that have been holding you back, gently challenge what no longer serves you, and discover new ways of thinking, feeling, and relating. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, find more peace with yourself, and move through life with greater confidence, compassion, and joy.
