1. Introductory Call

You book a 20-minute introductory call through the contact form. Within two business days I’ll get back to you to schedule a date and time. This conversation helps me understand what you’re going through, gives you a sense of how I work, and lets us both see if we’re a good fit to move forward. :)

2. Intake Session

If we decide to continue, we schedule your first session. Beforehand, you’ll receive a consent form to complete. This session is more structured, as I’ll ask questions to understand your background, your current challenges, and what you’d like to work toward. We define your goals so therapy has purpose and direction, rather than feeling vague or overwhelming. It’s the foundation of our therapeutic collaboration.

3. Therapy Starts

We meet regularly and work at a pace that suits you. We explore your experiences, patterns, emotions, and goals in a thoughtful and supportive way. I’ll help you notice what’s getting in your way, build practical tools, and reconnect with yourself. Therapy is a shared process: meaningful change grows from what we do together in sessions — and from what you practice in your everyday life.

  • The session is conducted through a secure internet connection rather than public WiFi.
