Some struggles stick around no matter how much you try to “fix” them - think of old patterns, self-criticism, or relationship challenges. Schema Therapy digs into the roots of these long-term issues, often tied to past experiences or trauma, and helps you rewrite the scripts that hold you back. It blends hands-on tools with deep emotional work so you can finally break cycles and start feeling more like yourself.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Life can get messy, and trying to push away uncomfortable thoughts or feelings often makes them louder. ACT helps you stop fighting what you can’t control and focus on what really matters to you. It teaches practical skills to accept your emotions, stay present, and take actions aligned with your values - so you can live a fuller, more meaningful life, even when things feel tough.

Sometimes our thoughts get stuck in a loop, making anxiety, depressive mood, or self-doubt worse. CBT helps you spot those unhelpful patterns and gives you practical tools to challenge them. By changing how you think and act, you can tackle problems more effectively, feel more in control, and start breaking free from cycles that hold you back.
